Jenna Monroe is a Diné Producer and Choreographic Director in the SF Bay Area and Central Coast. She has been producing documentary/reality television for the past 4 years. Her work for the Emmy award winning Life Below Zero franchise can be seen on National Geographic and Disney+. In stage production, she has garnered awards from the city and county of San Francisco. Her choreography has been performed at SAFEHouse Arts, National Dance Week, Dance Mission Theater, ODC Theater, Grace Cathedral, The Santa Cruz Fringe Festival and the Newport Performing Arts Center. She has collaborated with Bay Area artists, Keith Carames, Deborah Slater, and Katy Stephan. She is the recipient of a Zellerbach Family Foundation grant and a Silicon Valley Community Foundation grantee. She is the proud granddaughter of Alice Burnside (silversmith) and great-granddaughter of Tom Burnside (silversmith and inspiration to John Adair). She comes from a long line of Diné (Navajo) artisans and storytellers and hopes to continue their legacy through her work and artistic contributions. Ms. Monroe is a member of the Television Academy.
