- As with many people who come from a diverse background, Native Americans may not feel comfortable speaking up when experiencing discrimination in the workplace.
- Solutions:
- As advocates, we will speak up for those who feel their voice will not be heard or if they fear reprisal.
- We provide confidential support on a personal and professional level.
- Our third-party mediator reaches out to corporate human resource departments to alert them of a need for education.
